Challenge Instructions:
- Set aside 60 seconds daily for ten days to record yourself dancing, either alone, with friends, or with family.
- From the List links below, decide which Autoimmune Disease or Neurodiverse Condition you are advocating for. Remember to mention your Disease or Condition in your challenge videos.
- Each video submission must include a challenge to three friends or family members to take the challenge, too.
- Upload your recordings to your social media. Then, go to PhorseB1.com and submit the URLs to each social media post.
- By submitting your social media post URLs, you give PhorseB1 and its producers the right to publish and promote your challenge video by using the URLs.
